Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for R&D and related technical roles. You will develop national and local recruiting strategies, build candidate pipelines, and leverage advanced sourcing and engagement tactics to align with Brady's hiring goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a focus on software, DevOps, product, and data roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or related field.
• 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Track record hiring software engineers, DevOps, product managers, data architects.
• Strong understanding of the tech landscape and engineering languages/frameworks.
• Skilled at building relationships with candidates and hiring managers to drive closures.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X-raying, niche communities).
• Proactive in using AI sourcing and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers to present effective recruiting strategies that deliver high-quality candidates.
• Proactively source and build candidate pipelines for key positions including software engineers, firmware engineers, mechanical engineers, technical disciplines, corporate roles, and operations.
• Fully maximize all available candidate recruitment channels: social media, employee referral program, job fairs, networks, cold calling, etc.
• Provide best-in-class candidate experience through communication, relationship building, and execution of the recruitment process.
• Participate at in-person recruiting events onsite, high schools, colleges, and local job fairs.
• Create sourcing plans to attract diverse candidates to Brady Corporation.
• Post jobs to standard and niche job boards such as LinkedIn & Indeed.
• Other duties as assigned.
