Brady Corporation is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for R&D roles, developing national and local recruiting strategies and engaging top engineers and product talent. You will leverage advanced sourcing channels, build diverse candidate pipelines, and provide an exceptional candidate experience, while partnering with hiring managers across Brady's global locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a track record of hiring for software, DevOps, product managers, data architects.
• Strong understanding of the tech landscape and ability to speak engineering leadership language.
• Skills in building relationships with candidates and hiring managers to drive position closure.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X-raying, and niche talent communities) to uncover passive, diverse candidates.
• Ability to research and present new sourcing options to a team of corporate recruiters.
• Proactive approach to leveraging AI sourcing and automation tools to minimize manual administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers to present effective recruiting strategies that deliver high-quality candidates.
• Proactively source and build candidate pipelines for key positions including software engineers, DevOps, product managers, data architects.
• Fully maximize all available candidate recruitment channels: social media, employee referral program, job fairs, networks, cold calling, etc.
• Provide best-in-class candidate experience through communication, relationship building, and execution of the recruitment process.
• Participate at in-person recruiting events onsite, high schools, colleges, and local job fairs.
• Create sourcing plans to attract diverse candidates to Brady Corporation.
• Post jobs to standard and niche job boards such as LinkedIn & Indeed.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring Brady matches the best possible talent to open positions, both internally and externally.

What You'll Be Doing

• Consult with hiring managers to present effective recruiting strategies that deliver high-quality candidates.
• Proactively source and build candidate pipelines for key positions including software engineers, firmware engineers, mechanical engineers, technical disciplines, corporate roles, and operations.
• Fully maximize all available candidate recruitment channels: social media, employee referral program, job fairs, networks, cold calling, etc.
• Provide best-in-class candidate experience through communication, relationship building, and execution of the recruitment process.
• Participate at in-person recruiting events onsite, high schools, colleges, and local job fairs.
• Create sourcing plans to attract diverse candidates to Brady Corporation.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or related field.
• Proven Tech Pedigree: 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of hiring complex roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers, Data Architects).
• A strong understanding of the tech landscape, engineering languages, frameworks, and how to speak the language of engineering leaders and candidates.
• Skills in building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to help drive position closure.
• Expertise in utilizing advanced sourcing techniques (boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X-raying, and niche talent communities) to uncover passive, diverse candidates.
