Job summary

Brady Corporation seeks a Technical Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for R&D and related technical functions. You will design and execute national and local recruiting strategies, source aggressively, and engage candidates to ensure top talent is matched to open roles.

You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines for software, firmware, mechanical, and product disciplines, and optimize recruitment channels while delivering exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers to present effective recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source and build candidate pipelines for key positions (software, DevOps, product, data).
• Maximize candidate recruitment channels (social media, referrals, job fairs, networks).
• Provide best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication and process execution.
• Participate in in-person recruiting events at schools and local job fairs.
• Create sourcing plans to attract diverse candidates.
• Post jobs to standard and niche boards (LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
