Responsibilities

• Own searches from intake to offer for Engineering, Product & Design, GTM & G&A, or cross-functional roles.
• Develop recruiting strategies, navigate competitive talent markets, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Sourcers and TA leadership to improve hiring outcomes and pipeline health.
• Provide market insights and data to inform hiring timelines and decisions.
