AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter for the Business Technology Solutions group to lead full life-cycle recruitment and build a robust talent pipeline.

You will partner with business leaders and HR partners, guiding the recruitment process and delivering market-competitive offers. The role emphasizes strategic partnership, data-driven decision making, and compliance with relevant laws and AbbVie policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment in a high-volume environment; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience recruiting in the technology industry (software, hardware, AI, semiconductors, IT services) preferred.
• Ability to build strong business partnerships and influence leadership.
• Experience developing compensation packages including equity/long-term incentives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle recruitment for one or more BTS functions.
• Source and attract top candidates using multiple tools; present diverse slate and build a strong pipeline.
• Update candidates and maintain ATS with timely communications; track recruitment metrics.
• Provide consultative guidance to hiring teams and manage recruitment process as trusted partner.
• Establish business partnerships with hiring managers on talent acquisition topics.
• Prepare competitive offer packages and deliver/ negotiate offers through completion.
• Compile and communicate recruiting data, market trends, and insights to teams and leaders.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and AbbVie policies for tracking and reporting.
• Project manage sourcing and recruitment strategies across functions to support current or future openings.
