AbbVie is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support the Business Technology Solutions organization. You will lead full lifecycle recruitment, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and guide talent decisions with data-driven insights.

This role requires collaboration with HR partners to source top technical talent and manage offers, ensuring compliance with policies and pay equity across locations in the US and Puerto Rico.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment in a high-volume environment; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience recruiting within the technology industry (software, hardware, AI, semiconductors, IT services) preferred.
• Sourcing experience with multiple tools and methods is required.
• Ability to build strong business partnerships and influence leadership.
• Capable of executing complex offer negotiations.
• Experience communicating compensation packages including equity and long-term incentives preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full life-cycle recruitment efforts for one or more business functions in BTS.
• Identify and attract top candidates using multiple tools and methods; screen and present a diverse slate.
• Manage application status in ATS and track recruiting metrics.
• Provide consultative guidance to hiring teams and influence decisions.
• Establish partnerships with hiring managers and leadership on talent topics.
• Prepare and present competitive offer packages and manage negotiations.
• Communicate recruiting data and market trends to teams and leaders.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and AbbVie policies.
