Job summary

All Seniors Foundation in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Senior Tech Support Coordinator to help older adults learn smartphones, tablets, and telehealth apps. You will lead one-on-one tutoring, run group workshops, and manage a phone helpline to ensure seniors stay connected.

The role also involves supervising volunteer tutors, creating bilingual training materials, and partnering with libraries and senior centers to advance digital inclusion for LA's aging population.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors is valued.
• Minimum education: high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual ability is strongly preferred (Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, Armenian, or other LA-area languages).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one tech support to seniors in homes and senior centers.
• Lead group workshops on smartphones, tablets, video calls, telehealth apps, and online portals.
• Operate a tech-help phone line for seniors with daily questions.
• Train and supervise volunteer tech tutors.
• Develop bilingual training materials (Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, Armenian, etc.).
• Partner with libraries, senior centers, and ISPs on digital-inclusion programs.
