We provide medical care, in‑home support, hospice and palliative care, cancer navigation, and 200+ other free services to qualifying seniors. Every service is delivered at no cost, regardless of insurance status.

Role Overview

As Senior Tech Support Coordinator, you will help older adults learn to use smartphones, tablets, video calls, telehealth apps, and online benefits portals. You will lead one‑on‑one tech tutoring, group workshops, and a phone helpline—making the digital world accessible to LA seniors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one‑on‑one tech support to seniors in homes and senior centers
  • Lead group workshops on smartphones, tablets, video calls, telehealth apps, and online portals
  • Operate a tech‑help phone line for seniors with daily questions
  • Train and supervise volunteer tech tutors
  • Develop bilingual training materials (Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, Armenian, etc.)
  • Partner with libraries, senior centers, and ISPs on digital‑inclusion programs
Qualifications
  • Strong patience and teaching skills with senior populations
  • Comfort with iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, video‑call platforms, telehealth apps
  • Bilingual ability strongly preferred (Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, Armenian, or other LA‑area languages)
