AT&T is seeking a Principal, Technology Strategy to serve as the portfolio integration leader for an assigned EASE infrastructure portfolio. The role translates strategy into portfolio direction, connects outcomes, investments, roadmaps, and financials while guiding priorities and decisions.

In partnership with AVPs and program leaders, you will own end‑to‑end stewardship, align with EASE strategy, and drive value through a concise portfolio view, balancing milestones with evidence of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience translating infrastructure or technology strategy into portfolio priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading a complex portfolio, product, platform, transformation, or cross‑functional work in a large matrixed organization.
• Strong product‑management orientation with outcome definition, prioritization, and roadmap management.

Responsibilities

• Translate infrastructure strategy into clear portfolio outcomes, priorities and investments.
• Coordinate work across programs and organizational boundaries while maintaining portfolio-level perspective.
• Maintain integrated roadmaps, milestones, and expected outcomes with visible delivery commitments.
• Identify and manage critical dependencies and risks, elevating issues without micromanaging programs.
• Analyze actuals, forecasts, funding needs, and capacity to keep portfolio aligned with financial commitments.
