AT&T in Dallas, TX is seeking a Principal, Technology Strategy to lead an EASE portfolio. You translate strategy into direction, align investments with roadmaps, and ensure execution against milestones while communicating across AVPs and program leaders.

You will balance scope, cost, and value, drive evidence-based decisions, and maintain an integrated view of delivery, outcomes, and financials. A strong product-management orientation and ability to influence without formal authority are

Qualifications

7+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
Experience translating infrastructure strategy into portfolio priorities and measurable outcomes.
Experience leading a complex portfolio in a large matrixed organization.
Ability to maintain strategic oversight with detailed delivery and financials.
Strong product-management orientation with outcome definition and roadmaps.
Knowledge of budgets, forecasts, and financial risk.
Executive communication, facilitation, and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Translate infrastructure strategy into portfolio outcomes, priorities, measures, and investments.
Connect work across programs; identify matters requiring portfolio action.
Maintain an integrated view of roadmaps, milestones, and expected outcomes.
Identify dependencies and risks; clarify ownership and escalate as needed.
Understand actuals, forecasts, funding needs, and financial risks to frame options.
Integrate delivery, operational, outcome, and financial measures into a portfolio view.
Build alignment across AVPs, program leaders, Finance, Architecture, Security, Data, Operations.
Improve portfolio planning, data quality, and operating practices; mentor others.
