AT&T is seeking a Lead Technology Solutions Management onsite in Atlanta to drive change adoption and strategic communications. You will translate complex technology strategy into executive narratives and measurable outcomes, working with portfolio leaders and stakeholders to prioritize needs and communicate progress.

Key responsibilities include developing personas, journey maps, and adoption measures, and delivering leadership materials that align with the EASE strategy and portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to translate technology strategy into executive narratives and stakeholder communications.
• Experience defining adoption, readiness, engagement, and value-realization measures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as change, adoption, experience, and strategic communications partner for EASE.
• Use personas and journey maps to connect strategy to measurable value and outcomes.
• Develop executive narratives, presentations, and leadership communications.
• Manage intake and prioritization of change, adoption, and communications needs.
• Collaborate with portfolio leads to align strategy with execution and communications.
