Responsibilities

• Serve as Chief of Staff to a Technology Senior Vice President during a transformational time for Target and the Tech team.
• Translate strategy into priorities, milestones, and measurable outcomes with a strong operating rhythm across the portfolio.
• Balance portfolio advocacy with enterprise-first thinking and build shared standards across portfolios.
