Job summary

AT&T's Sr Principal Technology Strategy position in Dallas, TX, sits within the EASE portfolio to translate strategy into integrated roadmaps and investment choices. You will partner with AVPs and program leaders to steer the portfolio and resolve barriers requiring executive action.

You will lead governance, guide decision-making across complex domains, and mentor senior leaders while ensuring value delivery and alignment with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience translating infrastructure or technology strategy into portfolio priorities and investments.
• Leadership of a highly complex portfolio spanning interdependencies.
• Executive-level oversight with detail-oriented diagnostic abilities.
• Strategic framing, roadmap integration, and value assessment.
• Strong financial and investment acumen across budgets, forecasts, and capacity.
• Experience shaping governance, policy, and operating models with broad impact.
• Exceptional advisory, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure technologies and environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape how infrastructure strategy translates into portfolio outcomes and investment choices.
• Lead integration for a complex portfolio and address cross-domain issues.
• Establish an integrated view of roadmaps, milestones, and outcomes across dependencies.
• Anticipate and resolve dependencies and risks with high impact.
• Guide major investment decisions using actuals, forecasts, and capacity.
• Synthesize portfolio information into executive decisions and governance.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders to resolve cross-functional trade-offs.
• Mentor principal-level leaders and strengthen portfolio-management capability.
