Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis is seeking a brilliant, strategic Senior Account Director to lead our rapidly expanding Technology practice. This heavyweight communications leader will architect narratives for Fortune 500 tech clients, balancing executive counsel with hands-on, high-energy media work.

You will guide a 'player-coach' team, manage complex stakeholder discussions, and drive cross-discipline campaigns that span fintech, healthtech, gaming, VR, hardware, and venture-capital ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PR/Communications with minimum 4 years in people leadership.
• Ability to advise founders, CEOs, and VCs on complex issues.
• Strong storytelling across traditional and digital media.
• Experience navigating venture capital landscapes and capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Architect integrated 360-degree communications programs spanning reputation and brand.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executives and investors with thoughtful counsel.
• Create high-impact messaging, investor materials, media pitches, and events.
• Collaborate with social, paid media, design, and talent to drive campaigns for tech brands.
• Leverage top-tier media relationships to secure placements that move client metrics.
• Direct and develop a team of executives, coaching junior staff and improving efficiency.
• Lead new business pitches and identify growth opportunities within existing clients.
• Lead with a do-what-it-takes mentality to deliver quality on every project.
