Job summary

Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead digital and talent-driven campaigns for iconic brands and disruptive startups. The role requires a blend of EQ and IQ to manage daily needs of global brands while crafting creative social narratives.

You will own strategy-to-analysis across earned and paid influencer initiatives, mentor junior staff, and drive campaigns for 4–6 clients with on-site event leadership and client stewardship.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in talent and influencer relations.
• Ability to execute campaigns from strategy to completion.
• Strong writing ability for creator pitches and briefs.
• Proactive, high-EQ, and organized with multi-client management.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive influencer campaigns aligning creator voices with brand goals.
• Produce and edit creative briefs, talent contracts, client memos, briefing notes.
• Monitor news cycles for breaks and pop culture moments to leverage partnerships.
• Manage 4–6 client rosters with efficient, professional client servicing.
• Assist in planning talent-focused events and influencer activations.
• Mentor and train junior staff to share industry knowledge.
• Lead by example in trust, integrity, and collaboration.
