We seek a Senior Account Director with 10+ years in PR and tech policy to lead a high-energy team and manage a diverse client roster ranging from AI governance to hardware.

You will drive integrated campaigns, secure premier media placements, and mentor junior staff while shaping policy advocacy and executive thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PR and communications experience in tech policy.
• Strong EQ and executive presence to engage stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex tech/policy topics for broad audiences.
• Experience leading high-profile tech clients and policy advocacy.
• Strong project management and budget tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse tech policy roster with autonomous strategic oversight.
• Develop 360-degree narratives across media and policy forums.
• Provide calm, strategic counsel to clients in stressful situations.
• Secure impactful placements with top outlets like TechCrunch, WIRED, Forbes, CNBC.
• Produce AI governance messaging and compelling pitches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Mentor junior staff and develop future agency leaders.
• Support new business and identify growth opportunities.
