Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis in Los Angeles seeks a smart, scrappy Account Manager for our Consumer Technology team. With 5–6 years in PR/Communications focused on consumer hardware, apps and gaming, you will steward client accounts, scale strategies with senior leadership, and drive high-velocity campaigns for startups and brands.

You’ll manage day-to-day account activity, translate tech specs into human stories, and collaborate across media, creators, and brand partners to hit client KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in PR/Communications.
• Experience with consumer hardware, apps and gaming.
• Proven ability to manage client teams and lead projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Integrated thinker who connects trends to client strategy.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and grow careers.

Responsabilités

• Account Stewardship: be the primary daily contact for a roster of consumer tech and lifestyle clients, guiding projects from concept to completion.
• Integrated Consumer Strategy: implement 360-degree communications bridging tech reviews, lifestyle stories, and creator content.
• Media Impact: expand media network to secure coverage across trades and consumer outlets.
• Creator & Brand Integration: manage influencers and brand partners to fit client KPIs.
• Creative Pitching: generate innovative pitch angles demonstrating our tech PR expertise.
• Content Excellence: craft press releases, launch kits, social pitches, and briefing notes.
• The Nuanced Leader: maintain executive presence while supporting teammates when needed.
• Mentorship & Growth: mentor junior members to share tech PR know-how.
