Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis is seeking an Account Manager for its Consumer Technology team in Los Angeles. You will manage day-to-day accounts, scale strategies for global clients, and collaborate with senior leadership.

The role requires 5–6 years of PR/communications in consumer tech, plus strong media instincts and an ability to manage complex timelines independently. You’ll steward multiple startups and brands, translating hardware specs into compelling human stories, while mentoring

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of PR/Communications experience with a focus on consumer hardware, apps and gaming.
• Experience leading client teams for at least 1 year.
• Ability to connect real-time platforms trends to client impact.

Responsibilities

• Account stewardship for consumer tech and lifestyle clients, managing projects from concept to completion.
• Execute 360° integrated communications strategies across media and creator content.
• Leverage media relationships to secure coverage that moves metrics.
• Identify and manage influencer and brand partner opportunities, briefing talent for authentic content.
• Rethink traditional tech PR with innovative pitch angles to demonstrate value.
• Craft persuasive materials: press releases, launch kits, social pitches, briefing notes.
