Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing across engineering or technical roles.
• Proven track record of sourcing candidates across software engineering and technical disciplines.
• Ability to communicate role requirements effectively to candidates.

Responsabilités

• Lead sourcing strategies across engineering disciplines including software, backend systems, product engineering.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates through outreach, research, and networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and refine sourcing approaches.
• Leverage advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify and attract talent.
• Represent OpenAI at industry events and conferences to promote our mission and connect with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and metrics to inform sourcing decisions.
