Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a senior PDM to lead the development of comprehensive techno-commercial proposals within the Gas Technologies team. You will collaborate with regional sales, engineering, and business leadership to shape winning bids from inquiry to closure.

You will report to the leadership team and operate on a hybrid basis from Rosemont, IL, Houston, TX, or Tulsa, OK, coordinating across modular offerings, simulation tools, and value propositions to differentiate Honeywell's

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience with trends and opportunities.
• Strong technical background in Gas Technologies (Adsorbents, Solvents, Membranes).
• Business acumen including sales cycles and customer considerations.
• Negotiation and problem-solving to reach win-win outcomes.
• Project development experience around integrated gas plants and modular equipment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical audiences.
• Experience in writing and preparing proposals with techno-economic value.
• Ability to articulate value propositions and manage scope with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and techno-economic analysis for bids.
• Collaborate with Sales, Offering Managers, and engineering teams on strategies.
• Drive modular offerings and unified Honeywell gas technology solutions.
• Write and edit complex proposals and attachments.
• Assess early-stage opportunities for feasibility and intake readiness.
• Develop simulation and estimation tools to improve processes.
• Maintain knowledge of Honeywell solutions and market trends.
