Job summary

Honeywell seeks a senior Proposals & Tech Sales leader within its Gas Technologies team. You will guide techno-commercial proposals from initial inquiry to winning outcomes, collaborating with regional sales, engineering, and leadership to meet project requirements.

Based in a hybrid environment (Rosemont, IL or other locations), you will drive technical and commercial value, shaping solutions with cross-functional teams while advancing Honeywell's market leadership in gas technologies.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in the industry with a deep understanding of its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Strong technical background in Gas Technologies with focus on Adsorbents, Solvents and Membrane Technologies.
Business acumen in sales cycles, customer and internal considerations.
Negotiation and problem-solving skills to drive win-win outcomes in project sales.
Project development experience around integrated gas plants and modular equipment supply.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals.

Responsibilities

Support Sales teams in developing competitive techno-commercial proposals and lead proposal development.
Collaborate with Sales, Offering Managers and engineering/equipment teams to develop proposal strategies addressing project needs.
Drive optimization of modular offerings for Honeywell’s gas technologies.
Participate in writing complex proposals and attachments.
Lead development of simulation and estimating tools to streamline work processes.
