JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead in Infrastructure Platforms to identify and mitigate technology risks in alignment with firm standards.

You will provide SME guidance to process owners and ensure controls operate effectively while meeting regulatory and industry requirements. You will partner with Product Owners, Business Control Managers, and Regulators to deliver a comprehensive view of the technology risk posture and its impact on the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in technology risk management, information security, or related field.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and financial regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to translate technology insights into business strategy for senior executives.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support risk and controls workflows with strong validation habits.

Responsabilités

• Ensure effective identification, quantification, communication, and management of technology risk, focusing on root cause analysis and resolution recommendations
• Develop and maintain relationships with LOB technologists, assessments teams, and data officers to enable cross-functional collaboration
• Execute reporting and governance of controls, policies, issue management, and measurements for senior management insights
• Proactively monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to strengthen risk posture
• Apply enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate synthesis of risk evidence and draft executive-ready reporting
• Promote AI-assisted approaches to streamline control testing while ensuring auditability and regulatory alignment
