Job summary

NES Fircroft in Boston is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive growth by prospecting both candidates and clients within a technical sector. This entrepreneurial role carries full desk ownership, shaping recruitment strategies from candidate sourcing to contract placements.

You'll build long-term relationships, manage multiple client accounts, and ensure compliance with quality standards while delivering exceptional service and strategic solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in agency with contract focus.
• Established relationships with technical candidates in local markets.
• Background in Power and/or Renewables, Data Centers, and Utilities (IOUs/Municipalities).
• Outgoing, client-focused with strong organizational skills.
• Team oriented but able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top talent for contract or contract-to-hire roles, within assigned sector.
• Develop new business through candidate and client referrals.
• Source candidates using innovative recruiting strategies.
• Interview candidates to assess fit and maintain relationships.
• Manage client accounts and conduct client visits; ensure compliance.
• Provide career guidance and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates.
• Assist with team training on time management and task allocation.
