• In-house recruiting for high-growth tech startups.
• Ability to recruit for engineering and product teams.
• Strong sourcing for passive candidates and niche tech roles.
• Exceptional candidate experience and partner management.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting strategies for technical hires in partnership with Head of Talent.
• Own full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer.
• Recruit for engineering roles and occasionally non-technical roles.
• Develop creative sourcing to engage exceptional passive talent.
• Build long-term pipelines with engineers and technical leaders.
• Partner with engineering leaders to translate needs into recruiting plans.
• Deliver high-touch, transparent candidate experiences.
