Jobgether SRL is seeking a Recruiter based in the United States to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across clinical, technical, and operational roles. You will partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to provide market insights and guidance, while building diverse pipelines and enhancing the candidate experience.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience in HR/People Operations.
• Experience managing job requisitions from start to finish across clinical, technical, and/or operational roles.
• Experience with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers, providing market insights and structured hiring guidance.
• Develop clear job descriptions and compelling candidate messaging aligned with mission and values.
• Serve as primary contact for hiring teams throughout recruitment processes.
• Build diverse talent pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, events, referrals, and proactive sourcing.
