Qualifications

• 6+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a corporate environment, agency, or executive search.
• Strong expertise in passive candidate identification and direct sourcing.
• Experience with market research, organization mapping, and talent mapping.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and provide data-driven guidance.
• Experience in reporting on pipelines, metrics, and funnel conversions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence hiring leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies for priority talent segments.
• Build and refresh proactive talent pipelines based on needs and market signals.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams and leaders to define role requirements.
• Research talent markets and provide intelligence on supply, demand, and compensation.
• Prepare candidate slates and provide calibrated assessments to stakeholders.
• Track performance using pipelines and recruiting metrics.
• Identify process gaps and test improvements across tools and tech.
• Represent the organization at associations, conferences, and events.
• Build long-term talent communities through outreach and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, local, state, and federal requirements.
