You will partner with hiring managers to craft effective hiring strategies, build strong pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while aligning with our culture and values. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge mobility technology and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, focusing on software, mechanical, and/or electrical engineering.
• Strong understanding of software and hardware engineering disciplines.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Passion for Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies’s mission and diversity objectives.
