Matrix USA is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with deep expertise across Data Engineering, Machine Learning, AI, and Software Engineering to own end‑to‑end hiring for highly technical roles. You will partner with engineering leadership to build pipelines, craft precise job descriptions, and drive candidates through rigorous technical assessments in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience recruiting for Data, ML, AI or Software Eng roles.
• Proven track record in hiring senior and specialized technical profiles in fast‑paced settings.
• Strong understanding of modern data stacks, ML systems, and cloud technologies.
• Experience using ATS, sourcing platforms, and analytics‑driven recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, and Software Engineers.
• Write technically accurate job descriptions for advanced data and ML roles.
• Proactively source senior talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Kaggle, and professional communities.
• Evaluate candidate backgrounds across data platforms, ML frameworks, cloud technologies, and software architectures.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain candidate lifecycle records in ATS and report on pipeline health and time‑to‑fill.
