AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead technology recruitment for Investment Banking with a focus on VP/AVP-level roles. The role requires strategic sourcing, market insights and strong stakeholder partnering to deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

You will build talent pipelines, advise on market trends, and ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience while supporting diversity and internal mobility initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience recruiting technology talent within Banking, Financial Services or Investment Banking.
• Proven ability to recruit for VP and AVP-level technology positions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strategic advisory support to senior business leaders.
• Direct sourcing, market mapping and talent intelligence experience.
• Expertise in recruitment reporting and Workday-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across Investment Banking.
• Source, assess, and attract high-calibre tech talent across disciplines and seniorities.
• Support VP and AVP hiring while contributing to senior appointments.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines and market insights for hiring decisions.
• Partner with managers to align workforce plans with business needs.
