Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a motivated Senior Recruiter to support the growth of our Tech teams in Austin. You will partner with hiring managers to design tailored recruitment strategies, own the end-to-end process, and actively source top talent in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll collaborate with People Partners and coordinators to drive diversity and inclusion, maintain a healthy pipeline in Greenhouse, and lead recruiting projects that improve our talent acquisition function across the

Qualifications

• 5+ years end-to-end recruiting experience in tech or SaaS.
• Experience hiring Tech roles, especially in network security/cy cybersecurity sales.
• Proficient in active sourcing and candidate engagement using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience driving diversity and inclusion in recruiting processes.
• Strong influencing, proactive problem-solving, and detail orientation.
• Collaborative, highly organized and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to design tailored recruitment strategies.
• Own end-to-end recruitment from plan to close, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Promote diversity and inclusive hiring practices across teams.
• Creative sourcing with direct outreach for cybersecurity sales roles.
• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain ATS data integrity (Greenhouse).
• Lead projects within the recruiting team to improve talent acquisition.
