Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support the growth of our Tech teams in Austin. You will design tailored recruitment strategies, source candidates proactively, and partner with hiring managers to close exceptional talent.

The role emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and collaboration with People Business Partners. Experience in active sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and tech recruiting is required; equity participation is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
• Direct experience hiring for tech roles, with a preference for cybersecurity or network security sales domains.
• Proven expertise in active sourcing and candidate engagement using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Demonstrated focus on diversity and inclusion in recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Advise hiring managers on market insights and hiring strategies.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own end-to-end process from hiring plans to sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Drive inclusive practices across hiring teams.
• Creative Sourcing: Use direct outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms to engage qualified candidates for cybersecurity and network security roles.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain healthy candidate pipelines and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Project Leadership: Collaborate on initiatives to improve talent acquisition.
