Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Austin to drive end-to-end recruitment for our tech teams. You will partner with hiring managers, manage full-cycle hiring, and actively source top talent across cybersecurity and network security sales roles.

You will lead diversity initiatives, collaborate with People Business Partners, and help scale a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Equity benefits apply and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
• Direct experience hiring for Tech roles, with a focus on network security or cybersecurity sales is a plus.
• Proven track record in active sourcing and candidate engagement using LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: advise hiring managers with market insights and hiring strategies.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: own end-to-end process from plan to sourcing, interviewing and closing.
• Diversity & Inclusion: drive inclusive processes across hiring.
• Creative Sourcing: leverage direct outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Pipeline Management: maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and update stakeholders.
• Project Leadership: collaborate on initiatives to improve talent acquisition.
