Qualifications

• 10+ years in leading large-scale technology and operations projects in financial services.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of front, middle, and back-office financial operations and regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex technology projects from planning through production.
• Align business, technology and vendor teams around priorities and decisions.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budgets, risk, reporting and issue resolution.
• Provide portfolio-level visibility with dashboards and executive summaries.
• Drive process improvement, reporting and project documentation.
