Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks a Project Manager, Technologies for a national travel role based at a project site. You will manage multiple projects from start to finish, including proposals, design, scheduling, budgets, and client satisfaction activities.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and 1–5 years of PM experience in construction or electrical/tech systems, with strong PM skills and OSHA knowledge; travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, PM, business administration or related field.
• 1–5 years of project management experience; solid PM training and understanding of project life cycle.
• 2+ years PM experience in construction (electrical distribution/substation, renewable energy or related).
• Knowledge of PM tools, construction methods, estimating, costing, power, lighting, systems design, and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand contracts, plans, drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong financial, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies or similar applications.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases and activities of each project to achieve high quality and productivity; includes plans, quotations, bidding, budgeting, and milestones.
• Prepares and manages project documents, status reports, invoices, change orders, and submittals; maintains logs and records.
• Secures subcontractors, obtains permits, procures materials, negotiates with vendors, and manages contracts and risk.
• Leads job start-up meetings and regularly attends project update meetings; provides day-to-day direction to field personnel.
• Partners with project team to conduct site inspections, safety audits, and ensure compliance with quality and OSHA standards.
