Job summary

Google's Data Center Delivery and Execution (DCDE) team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects from requirements to delivery, plan schedules, identify risks, and clearly communicate them to executives and engineers.

The role spans data center design, engineering and construction, enabling real-time, impactful decisions and cross-functional collaboration across teams to drive program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program management experience.
• 3 years of experience managing ML programs and building applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
• Prioritize program goals, translate stakeholders' needs into goals and deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritization.
• Review key metrics, monitor deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive impact; build and maintain dashboards.
• Report ML progress, mitigations, and learnings to leadership.
