Job summary

Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead Agile delivery within the Emerging Technology IT Services team. You will drive planning, coordination, and governance across cross-functional teams, turning strategic ideas into structured backlogs and scalable tech solutions.

The role requires strong Agile coaching, 6+ years in technical project management, and collaboration with Product Owners and executives to deliver measurable business value in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Technical Project Management.
• Lean methodologies certification preferred.
• User-Centered Design certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enable Agile teams to adopt Scrum and Agile practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, PI planning, and delivery tracking.
• Partner with Product Owners and leadership to align priorities and risks.
