Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management in a large org.
• Advanced stakeholder management with cross-functional influence.
• Experience with vendor relations and access to shared applications.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving to break down objectives.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Familiarity with program tooling and reporting dashboards (JIRA, MS Project, Clarity/PPM).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and align tech initiatives with business goals.
• Experience coaching project managers, scrum masters, and product owners.

Responsibilities

• Manage central, cross-functional initiatives with strategy alignment and measurable outcomes.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Establish governance routines including cadence, reviews, and decision logs.
• Oversee the technology operating model across the organization with planning and executive readouts.
• Partner with enterprise teams to ensure standards, timelines, and tooling adoption.
• Ensure teams have clear direction and visibility into status and dependencies.
• Own recurring reporting for senior management and Chief of Staff teams.
• Develop dashboards, status summaries, and progress views to drive action.
• Coordinate Global Resiliency activities across regions and test readiness.
• Identify repetitive, schedule-driven work suitable for automation and design AI-assisted solutions.
• Document solutions and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Champion accessible AI tooling and enablement through playbooks and central tooling.
