JPMorgan Chase seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager to guide the delivery of complex technology programs. You will transform strategy into execution, shaping governance, budgeting, and executive-ready materials in a matrixed environment.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to align programs with strategic goals, driving outcomes while ensuring risk controls and delivery excellence across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
• Experience in Chief of Staff / Strategy & Operations / Technical Program Management / Portfolio leadership.
• Strong data platform fluency with ability to translate technical complexity into executive language.
• Ability to drive outcomes through influence in a matrix with ambiguity and senior stakeholders.
• Solid financial and operational acumen: budgeting/forecasting and headcount planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with requirements, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery.
• Translate platform strategy into an integrated operating plan with OKRs and priorities.
• Run leadership cadence and planning cycles with clear actions and ownership.
• Lead cross-functional programs and portfolio governance (intake, prioritization, RAID, executive status).
• Own financial management with Finance including forecast and vendor spend.
