Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager within the Commercial and Investment Bank – Healthcare Payments Group in the United States. You will drive delivery of complex technology programs, manage resources and budgets, and guide cross-functional teams across the firm.

Strong stakeholder management, governance, and AI-enabled planning are essential. You will contribute to operational plans, risk strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals while promoting agile practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology projects and programs.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program management workflows.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations with due diligence and data sensitivity awareness.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams and clients.
• Technical exposure in resiliency, governance, risk and compliance, data protection, and IAM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks; implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Oversee identity and access management, data quality, and data retention & destruction.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables and ensure alignment with goals.
