Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical and non-technical requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks and maintain program momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, commercialization, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize program performance.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and guide multiple feature teams.
• Promote agile practices and continuous improvement across teams.
• Organize quarterly PI planning and track 90-day plans.
• Monitor agile metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Maintain project docs in Confluence and JIRA.
