Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization
• Strong hands-on experience with agile/scrum in large-scale environments
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and clients
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and metrics
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IS or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical and non-technical requirements, dependencies, and timelines
• Identify and mitigate risks and implement contingency plans
• Collaborate with engineering, product, commercialization, operations, and stakeholders to define scope and deliverables
• Use data-driven analysis to measure program performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Guide multiple feature teams in agile ceremonies and backlog refinement
• Promote agile practices and a culture of continuous learning and innovation
• Organize quarterly PI planning and track status against the 90-day plan
• Monitor agile metrics and work with leads to drive improvements
• Maintain project documentation using Confluence and JIRA
