Job summary

Zions Bancorporation’s Enterprise Technology and Operations team seeks a Technology Product Owner to drive vision and execution for ACH and Real Time Payments platforms. You will bridge business strategy with technical delivery to improve customer experience and support enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

6+ years of strategic product ownership experience in a large enterprise.
Experience driving MVPs/lean startup style product development.
Strong facilitation, decision-making, and communication skills for leadership.
Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, CS or related field; combined education/experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

Backlog management: create, own, prioritize, and refine team backlog with stakeholders.
Develop detailed feature specifications for development teams.
Lead agile ceremonies and act as customer proxy for the team.
Define acceptance criteria, verify stories, and remove blockers to maintain velocity.
Align business and technology stakeholders to translate visions into actionable requirements.
Lead systems analysis and design, including requirements gathering and UAT plans.
