Job summary

Zions Bancorporation’s Enterprise Technology and Operations team seeks a Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of Treasury and Payments transformation initiatives. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks while coordinating across business, product, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and finance to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities include governance, stakeholder communications, and implementation readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Technology, or related.
• 6+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Treasury Management, ACH, wires, APIs, or real-time payment solutions preferred.
• PMI certifications (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
• Public sector or regulated environment experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives through full project lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
• Translate strategy into integrated project plans with scope, milestones, and budgets.
• Deliver clear executive reporting on health, milestones, and financials.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Maintain artifacts and documentation for governance and audit requirements.
