Mindera is seeking a Senior Product Owner with a strong technical background to lead a product team across Agile projects. You will gather requirements, guide development, and ensure alignment with clients and stakeholders while driving continuous improvement.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment, leveraging your engineering experience and strategic mindset to shape product outcomes and delivery across time zones.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of enterprise experience supporting Agile development teams.
• Proven management skills in conflict resolution, multi-reporting, roadmap planning and backlog management.
• Software engineering background with ability to discuss technical topics with developers and clients.
• Experience leading engineering teams and working on international projects with remote teams.
• Excellent written and spoken communication to keep stakeholders aligned.

Aufgaben

• Mentor the team as an Agile advocate and continuous improvement facilitator.
• Manage conflicts and impediments and coach the team on resolving them.
• Keep all stakeholders up to date on progress and deliverables with clear communications.
• Provide reports tailored to different audiences and decision levels.
• Utilize prior technical experience to triage tickets by business priorities.
• Own and supervise backlog, story writing, roadmap, and dependencies.
• Translate features into well-defined requirements including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to set release schedules and scope.
• Ensure delivery aligns with the agreed plan and timelines.
• Influence product vision and break it into incremental deliverables.
• Identify market opportunities and support end-to-end lifecycle planning.

Here at Mindera, we are building a world-class team and would love for you to join us. As a Senior Product Owner with a strong technical background, you will use your experience with Agile methodologies and your deep understanding of the SDLC to lead a team of developers crafting solutions.

Working with our team, you will be involved in the product life cycle, gathering and refining playable requirements, defining, working closely with the development and business; and leveraging solid communication with the stakeholders to guarantee constant progress and alignment.

We are looking for Product Owner who have experience working with development teams and can be the first point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.

Expected travelling time (UK and USA): 0%-15%, varies according to project/client. You will be working with teams across different time zones and locations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise experience supporting Agile development teams
• Proven track record of management skills in areas such as conflict resolution, multi-reporting, roadmap planning and backlog management.
• A software engineering background with the ability to comfortably speak in technical jargon
• Proven ability to analyse product use cases and requirements from all points of the SDLC, including the architecture, development, testing, and deployment phases (Note: you will not be required to provide architectural or coding solutions, but you must be comfortable participating in discussions about these topics and influencing and providing input from a business and client requirements standpoint)
• Proven experience leading engineering teams
• Experience with international projects and remote teams across multiple locations.
• Effective communication skills

What you will be doing:

• Mentor the team as an Agile advocate and continuous improvement processes
• Manage conflicts and impediments if/as they arise and coach the team on managing them
• Ensure all stakeholders are up to date on the team's progress and deliverables status by maintaining an open and honest communications
• Provide clear reports with different specifications for different audiences
• Leverage your prior technical/coding experience to triage development and QA tickets based on business and customer priorities
• Own and supervise the product backlog, story writing, project roadmap and dependencies
• Translate the product features into well-defined product requirements including features, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work with development teams, software architects and business stakeholders to collaborate, set and communicate release schedules, dates and scope
• Ensuring your team’s delivery against the agreed plan
• Influencing the product vision definition and break it into smaller and incremental deliverables
• Assist in the identification of market opportunities
• Planning and executing the end-to-end product development lifecycle
