Qualifications

• Proficient in Kotlin and native Android development.
• Experience with MVVM and Android Architecture Components.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin coroutines and/or RxJava.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with clients to ensure technical feasibility and feature ownership.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning and improvement.
• Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and contribute to robust mobile architecture.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Kotlin (Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus).
• Jetpack Compose proficiency (Compose Multiplatform is a plus).
• Deep knowledge of Coroutines and/or RxJava.
• Solid understanding of Software Architecture (MVVM or similar).
• Experience with Android Architecture Components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, etc.).
• Unit testing and UI testing (Test-driven development is highly valued).
• Creating fluid visual interactions and implementing modern mobile UX patterns.
• Knowledge of performance optimization , observability, and metrics to show you care about your code.
