Job summary

Aegistech seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive technology-enabled initiatives across its Private Equity platform, focusing on Credit and Insurance strategies. The role blends financial acumen with a hands-on technical and product mindset, operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, translate deal team objectives into plans, coordinate engineering, data, operations, and finance, and design dashboards for fund performance and risk

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in fintech/Private Credit or related roles.
• Experience translating deal objectives into actionable project plans.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and data projects supporting investment, portfolio monitoring, and risk management.
• Translate objectives from deal teams, underwriting, portfolio management, and operations into detailed roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, operations, finance, and vendors.
