Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology deliveries in insurance-focused programs. You will own planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communications across business, product, technical, and vendor teams.

You will align scope, timelines, budgets, and quality with leadership, vendors, and product owners, ensuring compliance, security, and regulatory requirements are met. This role favors hands-on delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end technology projects in insurance, financial services, or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of insurance business functions (Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Billing).
• Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Experience coordinating with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects supporting insurance business functions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and vendors to define requirements and plans.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and track progress in Jira or similar tools.
• Coordinate integrations, upgrades, and production releases.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory requirements.
