Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, CS, or IS or related field.
• 5–10 years in fintech/financial services/consulting, with PM/Technical PM exposure.
• Strong background translating business requirements to tech solutions.
• Experience delivering cross-functional, high‑pressure programs in finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology and data initiatives for investment, portfolio, and risk management.
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver tech and product initiatives.
• Translate deal-team objectives into detailed project plans and roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, operations, and vendors; use JIRA, Sigma, and Excel for planning and tracking.
• Identify process gaps and automation opportunities across investment ops and portfolio analytics; drive solutions.
• Prepare documentation and support user training and change management.
• Communicate program status, milestones, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and contingency strategies.
