Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Tech Ops, to lead strategic digital initiatives that enhance the end-to-end Walmart Business customer journey. You will align business needs with technology solutions, orchestrate cross-functional programs, and drive measurable outcomes across Product, Engineering, Design, Data & Analytics, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.

The role requires strong leadership, a business-minded approach, and the ability to translate customer problems into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 years’ experience in project/program management or related area.
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred and counts toward qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex digital initiatives from opportunity identification through execution and outcomes.
• Develop understanding of business customers, journeys, pain points, and unmet needs.
• Translate requirements into priorities, success measures, and technology solutions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data & Analytics to influence roadmaps.
• Establish milestones, dependencies, risks, and accountability across programs.
