Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field with 3 years of project/program management experience, or 5 years of PM/operations experience.
- Experience delivering strategic, high-impact programs with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic initiatives with Product and Engineering leaders to deliver outcomes.
- Deliver highly visible, high-impact programs with clear KPIs.
- Own stakeholder engagements for quarterly planning, KPI definition, and executive updates.
- Define and execute plans for priority initiatives and product enhancements in an agile environment.
- Lead teams to build structure and rigor in program management practices and foster innovation.
